HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

iShopZen partners with international merchants to provide unique products and the best prices possible for our customers. Because we ship directly from our partners across the globe, your items generally take 2 to 6 weeks (or more during peak seasons) to arrive in the U.S. – depending on the vendor.

Our apparel is shipped from the U.S. so it will usually arrive within 10 to 14 days. Please stay zen if it doesn’t show up immediately… your order is on its way!

I ORDERED MORE THAN 1 ITEM, BUT HAVE ONLY RECEIVED 1 ITEM?

Because we use multiple venders, and do not stock our products in house, if you order multiple items from us, it will more than likely be shipped in more than one package and arrive separately.

So, stay zen if you don't receive all of your items at once. Please allow adequate time for all of your items to arrive… and know that they are on the way.

WILL I BE PROVIDED WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?

Unfortunately not all of our global suppliers provide tracking numbers, so we cannot guarantee your order will be trackable. On items we can provide a tracking number for, you will receive it in your fulfillment email notification.

ARE "FREE" ITEMS REALLY FREE?

Absolutely… we’re not kidding. All you have to pay is the shipping and handling costs. Your price for FREE items is $0.00.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping may vary depending on the weight of the item purchased and where it is shipped to and from.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR AN ORDER I PLACED

Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Also make sure it didn’t end up in your SPAM folder.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER OR ADDRESS?

Orders are processed on the same day. If your address is incorrect or wish to send it to a different address, please contact us immediately (if it’s the same day) at support@ishopzen.com. We may be able to make that happen.

To change orders it may be more difficult if the order is already in process. If it’s the same day, we’ll do our best to accommodate the changes. Please contact us ASAP at support@ishopzen.com

If the order has already been shipped from our fulfillment center, we will not be able to make any changes to your order. Let us know when you receive it and we will try our best to accommodate you.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

At this time, we accept payment by Credit Cards via our secure online payment system in our store. We also accept PayPal payments. So you can be assured that your credit card details are secure. We also don’t share this information with anyone.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Please email us at support@AmberBradley.com and we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you don’t want to return anything. However, you may return “most” new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All you have to pay is the return shipping cost to our office.

Custom printed Tshirts are made to order, so those are yours to keep and you can not return them. If there is manufacture defect, let us know and we will make sure you get a perfectly made Tshirt. Please email us at support@ishopzen.com and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the item. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return item from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To complete your return, we require your receipt or proof of purchase. Please see our full Returns Policy details at the link in our website footer.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, ship it to our headquarters in the USA for quicker processing.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We want you to be happy about your shopping experience with us, so we allow cancellation of orders at now penalty. However, you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already shipped, please use our easy return system (see above) when it arrives to get a full refund - provided it is within 30 days.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received your approved refund after a couple of weeks, first check your bank statement. Then contact your credit card company. It often takes some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, because there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@ishopzen.com .

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Sales items are not refundable. Only regular priced may be refunded. Sale items are at store discretion. FREE items (priced at $0.00) cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@ishopzen.com and send your item to:

When we receive your item we will immediately send you the replacement. It will take the same shipping time as the first item because we must have it sent from our international fulfillment center again. So stay zen and be patient. You should receive your new item within 2-6 weeks (depending on vendors_.

HOW LONG DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TAKE?

Our average shipping time is anywhere between 3-6 weeks. Depending on the item, some vendors take longer to fulfill the orders, depending on availability. Also some packages may get hung up in customs on its way into the U.S.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOMS FEES?

Customs fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. For larger orders, we send them in separate packages to avoid such charges.

TAXES & DUTIES:

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, if any (see above).  That is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
